It is easily accessible whether slung across the back or the chest. Inside the larger section is a zipper pocket. The smaller section will hold up to a 6.5-inch cell phone. It measures 11.5” tall, 7” wide and 4.” deep. The shoulder strap can be extended to 47 inches. It is made of tweed fabric and is lined. These sling bags ARE NOT issued by the military.
